How do I make a booking?

Can I receive a Medicare rebate on services?
Unfortunately, although counsellors contribute greatly to the mental health industry, Medicare rebates are not currently available for counselling services.
What is the cancellation policy?
Strong Foundations Counselling requires a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or not attended within this time frame will be charged a full session fee.
Where are you located?
We are based in Adelaide, South Australia however all appointments are virtual meaning you’re able to book a session with us regardless of your location. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from people in the US or Canada.

How do I pay?
Payment is required upon booking via credit card, Afterpay or Zippay.
