Meet Hana

Hi, I’m Hana, a therapist and mum of two.

And just like you, I know what it’s like to be in the thick of it, overwhelmed, triggered, stretched thin, and still wanting more for yourself and your family.

I help mums step out of survival mode and start thriving in both motherhood and life. Together, we focus on the things that matter most: caring for yourself without guilt, learning to regulate your emotions even in the chaos, and finding ways to ease and share the mental load.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about creating more capacity to enjoy your kids, to feel like yourself again, and to parent with intention instead of from a place of reactivity. When you’re less stretched and more supported, it’s easier to handle challenges differently and break the patterns that no longer serve you.

I’m here to support you through the real, often messy work of healing, not just for your kids, but for yourself. I offer both individual and couples therapy because I know that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. The systems we grew up in shaped us, and the relationships we’re in now can either repeat those patterns… or help us rewrite them.

In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s warm, honest, and grounded in real connection. I bring both professional training and lived experience as a mother. I know how hard it is to look inward when you're already carrying so much, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are, whether that’s in survival mode or ready to dive deep.
